What is the return policy?

Because of hygiene and health safety concerns, wigs are only returnable if they are unworn, unaltered and sealed in its original packaging. If you have an order issue or need to make a return please contact us so we can best assist you and provide further instruction on the return process.

Are any purchases final sale?

All sale items are non-returnable and final sale, if you have an order issue please contact us so we can assist you further. 

When will I get my order?

Ready to ship items are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Custom orders will generally have a processing period of 6-7 weeks prior to shipping.

Where are your products made?

Wigs by Gingerella is located and ships items out of Chicago, Illinois and the base wigs that are used to create our vintage silhouettes are sourced from a manufacturer in the Shandong Province of China. 

How much does shipping cost?

All US based customers enjoy free ground shipping on purchases but additional flat rate options for priority and express shipping are available at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international flat rate shipping to a number of countries. International orders can be subject to tariffs, duties or customs fees and such fees are usually paid to your local postal service upon or prior to delivery. International customers are responsible for these fees and we encourage you to be aware of your countries regulations and policies prior to purchasing.

Are your wigs made of human or synthetic fibers?

All of our wigs are made of high quality, heat-safe kanekalon synthetic fibers and can be styled using heat tools on lower settings. 

Do you accept custom orders?

If you don’t see the style you’re looking for, if you need a custom color option or you just have an idea for the wig of your dreams, please visit our customs orders page where you can include your contact information and inquire about a potential custom style.
